At Vita Forno Pizza Ovens, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable pizza ovens designed for performance and durability. Every product is carefully tested and backed by a 1-year limited warranty to give you confidence in your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

All Vita Forno Pizza Ovens products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty includes:

  • Structural components and oven body
  • Internal heating elements and temperature controls
  • Electrical components (if applicable)
  • Gas or fuel system components (if applicable)
  • Built-in features and core cooking functionality

Our goal is to ensure your pizza oven performs consistently and safely throughout your ownership experience.

What’s Not Covered

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use (e.g., discoloration, surface marks)
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect
  • Incorrect installation or failure to follow provided instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial use unless explicitly approved
  • Damage caused by weather exposure, improper storage, or environmental conditions
  • External damage from accidents, spills, or power surges

Once received, our team will review your request and provide a fair resolution, which may include replacement parts or product replacement depending on the situation.

Proof of Purchase & Conditions

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered.

Defective Products & Returns

If your product arrives defective or damaged upon delivery, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return, exchange, or refund request.

In many cases, our team will first troubleshoot the issue under warranty. If a return is necessary, it will be processed according to our Return Policy guidelines, including inspection and approval.
