• No advertorial content: We publish editorial pieces only. Product mentions are fine when they serve the reader — paid promotions are not.
• Formatting: Submit as a Google Doc or .docx file. Use clear H2 and H3 subheadings to structure your piece.
• Author bio: Include a 50–80 word bio with your name, a brief credential, and one backlink.
• Images: Attach or link to at least one royalty-free image relevant to your topic.
• Meta fields: Include a suggested meta title (under 60 characters) and meta description (under 155 characters) with your submission.
